This web site is designed to be user friendly. It meets the requirements of W3C, the consortium which defines the standard for new digital media.

All of the main navigation through the website can be carried out through previously defined shortcut keys (access keys) on the keyboard. If you use the Linux or Windows operating system, hold down [ALT] and press one of the keys specified in the next paragraph. (Note: Microsoft Internet Explorer requires you to press [ENTER] afterwards).
If using a Macintosh, hold down [CONTROL] and press the assigned key.
